Consulting Division

Leverage Consulting began in April of 2013, with a mission to change the way Industrial Gas Contracts are negotiated.  Many large companies require large amounts of industrial gases to process their products.  The best way to meet such requirements is with an Air Separation Unit (ASU).  Along with the ASU comes a fifteen year, twenty page agreement.  An agreement that is structured to provide continuing margin growth throughout the term to the supplier.  We know how unfair these agreements can be and fully understand how they are constructed.

 

This understanding allows us to deliver strategies to our clients that create favorable contracts for the users of Industrial Gases.  We work with the site to build an agreement which harmonizes terms and conditions with the operation of the users plant.  We use our experience to build leverage which aides in delivering a reasonable agreement.

 

There are only five major industrial gas companies and they all behave in a similar manner.  If you require an ASU to provide your industrial gas requirements the aforementioned gas companies have at least three people dedicated to gaining your business.  They work forty hours a week for months to create a proposal that is almost impossible to analyse.  You don't have that kind of time nor the personnel  to dedicate to a product that costs pennies per unit.
